Following our immediate success in stimulating organic user generated content from customers and influencers, it became apparent that Aria Lattner’s long-term marketing efforts would find impactful results in budgeting for paid content from a dedicated team of professional creators. In order to expand the brand’s library of content to include paid sources, I began hiring and overseeing an outsourced group of creatives—approving drafts and proposals while providing each creator with comprehensive guidelines for best practices in digital ad creation. The resulting content triggered a 2.0x increase in return on ad spend within the first six months.
Onboard and supervise a team of paid content creators to produce ad creative that showcases the brand’s apparel and jewelry collections. Oversee writing and editing of creative scripts—providing hooks, problems, solutions, and CTA’s that highlight the product’s value propositions in comfort, versatility, and eco-sustainability. Take ownership of final video editing, A/B testing, and copywriting on all collateral for distribution.
