In 2014, the Chicago-based electronic music duo Broken Luxury had just debuted in the New York City music scene and was seeking a fresh rebranding to accompany their relocation. During my tenure as their Creative Director, I took ownership of the group’s brand identity by creating consistency across all visual elements that accompanied the band’s music for both their online presence as well as live music performances. I was also responsible for creating all print and digital promotional assets to announce upcoming concerts and events.
Develop a comprehensive brand identity around the group’s existing logo by ensuring consistent visual language in color, typography, and graphic elements in print and web design. Produce and present all visual materials to accompany the group’s music in live and online settings—including music video production and real-time visual motion graphic performances at live concerts. Create compatible digital illustrations and graphics to include in promotional materials such as concert posters, event banners, and album art.
